Bachelor of Technology

B. Tech is a Bachelor of Technology either in IT or Biotechnology with the duration of 4 years after 12th class with minimum 50% marks in aggregate of best 4 subjects. Every year near about 3 lakh students have been passing out with this course.

Eligibility for the B.Tech course: With minimum 18 years up to 23 years of age a candidate can apply for this course. Combo of Physics, Chemistry and Math’s (PCM) is compulsory to seek admission in B.Tech in 12th class. At the time of admission after clearance of entrance exam you need to submit the following certificates:  Attested copy of 10th School Leaving Certificate as age proof, attested copy of 10th and 12th Mark Sheet, Attested copy of Identity Proof like Ration card, passport etc. attested copy of Domicile certificate.

Admission Process: Many engineering entrance exams are meant to clear to get enrolment in B.Tech like AIEEE, IIT-JEE.

Course Arrangement for the B.Tech: The whole course is divided into 8 semesters. Each semester will have around eight subjects. All the subjects are compulsory to clear for getting the degree of B.Tech. In all the semesters English, Mathematics, Physics will remain same while a few new subjects will add on as per your area of specialization.

Career Opportunities after B.Tech: In this recession period perusing higher studies is also not a bad idea. Students can choose to go for technical or non technical jobs in the training process with small scale of amount as a beginner or can opt for further studies.
