How to encourage the kids for learning

Strong building is based on strong foundation. Like that, a child’s bright future depends upon the education he receives at initial levels.  The parents are the ones who play an important role in encouraging their kids for learning. They are the child first teachers and they have to take special care of their so that they can develop and maintain their child’s interest in learning through out their life. Here are few valuable tips for the parents how they can encourage their kids in them a zeal for learning till the time you kid does not how to read, read the books for him. Make sure that your child finds interest in the stories. Buy a pictorial story book as child loves having a book full of pictures. Sometimes, ask them to make a story as per the pictures in their book. This will increase the creativity of your child.

At least up to the middle level, study with your child. At time when your child is studying, you should be there at his study table helping him. Don’t indulge yourself into some sort of entertainment activities like watching movie, going out etc at the same time when you ask your child to study. The kid will never be able to concentrate in his studies.

Make your child indulge in some sort of co-curricular activity. This activity should be of pure interest of the child such as painting, dancing, singing etc. If your child is happy with in fulfilling his interest, this will reflect on his studies too. He will always in a good mood and does his studies with the same temperament.

Actively take part in the activities with your child. Whether it’s an assignment work of school or playing a game with him, you should always be there along him. Spend good time with your kid so that he feels comfortable to share his problems with you.

Set small goals for your child. Goals can be of any field, from studies to co-curricular activities. To encourage your child, you can give him an award, if he completes his goal. Praise your child in front of others, if does a good deed.

Don’t force your child to study. You should not be telling your child to study after every few minutes and make him study all day. He will be with books but not studying. Discuss with your child and make a schedule about his playing and studying hours and their time.
