Principal's Message

I tried to teach my child with books,
He gave me only puzzled looks
I tried to teach my child with words,
They passed by him, often unheard.
Despairingly I turned aside
“How shall I teach this child?” I cried.
Into my hands he put the key
“Come” he said, “and play with me”.

Try being a friend to the child and you shall see miracles unfold in front of your eyes. WE at MRIS understand the importance of healthy and productive interaction between a teacher and students and take conscious efforts to incorporate state-of-the-art teaching methods.

Each student here is given an opportunity to realise his own expectations, participate in a plethora of extracurricular activities, understand his own potential and optimize it. An all round development is what we strive for.  In a world full of competition MRIS attempts at colouring the souls of children with positive human values and courage so they don’t buckle with unexpected problems.

Ms. Sunanda Grover, M.Com, M. Ed has to her credit a rich experience of 2 decades in education. For the last 14 years she was a part of the Amity International School, NOIDA Sector- 44. Being the head of Commerce Department, she was successful in bringing the best CBSE results for her school & held various administrative responsibilities efficiently as Vice Principal of the school till March 2012. She is now committed and dedicated to take on the journey of MRIS, NOIDA Sector 51 by holding its reigns as the Principal and taking it to unfathomed heights.

The true university these days is a collection of books. The school has a well stocked, computerized library to maximise effectiveness of learners in supporting the learning environment. All kinds of books, CD DVD, encyclopedias, periodicals and magazines are housed to make the young scholars, orators and avid readers.

Junior Engineer Lab /  Lago Lab

There is much more to robotic education than just learning about robots. Students of grade II – IV are curious about robots and the teachers make use of this curiosity to teach and eventually help them develop problem solving and analytical skills. The kits used, tap into children’s natural inquisitiveness about the world  around them and encourage them to observe carefully, think creatively, and work together in a constructive, playful way.

Legoland

Working in Lego land trains, students of grade Nur – I build different types of models of machines with 21st century teaching methodology. They use advanced Lego Kits and various shaped Legos to enhance their motor skills and create as well as execute their innovative ideas. Students work in groups to learn team work and new concepts based on machines.

Language Labs

To equip the students with mastery of all language skills (reading, listening, speaking & writing), the school offers students a magnificent language lab wherein the young minds are imparted language proficiency skills.

Science Labs

To enhance the learning ability and to impart practical exposure about theoretical concepts, the school is well equipped with Physics Lab, Chemistry lab, Biology Lab and Home Science Lab.

Maths Lab

The purpose of Science lab is to stimulate interest in Science, encourage and assist students to develop the knowledge competence, enthusiasm, and social responsibility that are essential for advancement of science.

Smart classes offer a rich content repository highly animated knowledge packed pedagogically aligned audio visual modules on concept well in sync with curriculum. The latest technology is extensively used as a learning tool at MRIS. These help make learning interesting and teaching Gen Next, easier.

Internet Connectivity

MRIS provides a favourable learning environment, in tune with the latest trends. Facilities for both study and research work, such as Local Area Network (LAN); student workstations; scanning; printing and digital camera facilities; access to the Internet and World Wide Web; and other online and off-shore services, is provided to supplement course work. The campus has a computer lab with advanced infrastructure to cater to the requirements of students, teachers and the curriculum. The school has a complete Wi-fi system for internet access, as well.

Computer Labs

To ensure that students have an unlimited access to computers and accompanying professional software tools, MRIS’ labs have been upgraded separately for seniors and juniors. Students are motivated to experience self-directed learning about different things that interest them. They learn to use the computer Nursery onwards and have regular classes. i-Carnegie Lab

MRIS has partnered with iCarnegie, PITTSBURGH, PA, USA., wholly owned educational subsidiary of Carnegie Mellon University. The focus of MRIS has always been curriculum innovation, dedicated faculty and seamless integration of science and technology. Faculty of MRIS and
i-Carnegie have introduced various skill-centric courses to provide students in India with high quality practical outcome-based curricula that will improve their employability. The state-of-the-art labs and robotics-based curricula of KG-12 include Computer Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (CS-STEM) using Computer Science and Robotics.
